Asbestos Legal Requirements And Best Practice For Property Professionals And Clients, 4th Edition, published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in May 2021, defines a a duty to manage as: ‘An obligation placed upon a dutyholder under Regulation 4 of The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.’
